That is why we decided to create Col-lab: to help our clients integrate the necessary tools, methods and skills to operate effectively in multi-actor complex environments.
Col-lab specializes in the analysis of multi-actor cooperation and the facilitation of processes of change. We believe in the need to improve both the understanding and use of collaborative action. For that, we support value-oriented organisations to integrate a better cooperation logic in their daily practice, whether as part of the internal management process or in the context of their relations with other stakeholders.
