I am Doctor of Social and Political Sciences by the European University Institute in Florence with nine years of professional experience in the field of international development assistance, includding 5 years of senior managerial experience as Chief Executive Officer of two different European Networks. 

My profesional path has provided me with a unique vantage point on the value of collaborative action in the field of international development assistance. As a manager, I have been directly involved in critical processes of organizational development and change. Also, I have a significant experience in programme management and programme development, particularly in the context of multi-stakeholder ventures. I have taken part in the policy-making process at the European level and at the national level, through the provision of technical expertise, publications and advocacy activities. 

I have had the opportunity to work in several countries around the world including Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Honduras, Guatemala, Myanmar, Uruguay, DRC or Zimbabwe.
