If we truly want to encourage peace and development, the next 20 years need to actively involve local leaders and/or organizations that lead processes of change in many more countries/regions/cities and sectors around collectively agreed goals.

One of Col-lab main strengths is its direct access to a large amount of contacts including: hundreds of top level officials in International Organizations, thousands of NGOs workers and beneficiaries in projects, key leaders from the NGO Community and social movements from more than 100 countries, Fair Trade producers and cooperatives from all regions, officials from more than 1100 cities, the private sector, trade unions and employer federations, key Governments agencies, university departments, think tanks, etc.

Col-lab takes advantage of that large social infrastructure to create well-designed coalitions, partnerships and networks to promote development goals.
