A few years ago I quit my job in a European think tank and started on my own, guided by both a strong commitment to sustainable development and the conviction that international cooperation should provide better instruments to promote it. Since then I have participated in the design, implementation and evaluation of a large number of cooperation schemes in about 50 countries, in Europe, America, Asia and Africa.

With time I have gradually focused on the evolution of the development landscape and the design of practical multi-actor schemes to promote human and development goals, working with public, private and civil society organizations.

Alongside my career managing Col-lab, I participate as a speaker in conferences, provide training courses to officials, civil society organizations, business executives and journalists, take part in research groups for different institutions and think tanks, collaborate with printed and audivisual media and have authored and directed publications bringing together leading authors.

I am a Member of Team Europe of the European Commission, Non-Resident Fellow of ESADE-geo, the Centre for the Global Economy and Geopolitics of ESADE and member of the Network of experts of EL PAÍS - Planeta Futuro.
